They aren't, necessarily, stand-alone effects, but rather they are additions to your existing routines. This concept allows you to create moments of pseudo-hypnosis at various points in your routine. Basically you're getting a handful of effects all using the same basic concept. This is another one of Kenton Knepper's students, and it shows in the type of work you're getting.
